WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available at 6.15am, 7.15am, 9.15am, 10.15am, 12.00pm, 1.30pm, (we have added these classes to cater for clients working from home!), 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 7.30pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 8am, 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?

The challenge is £149, this includes – a dedicated personal coach, body transformation programme, three coaching sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you’ve completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the programme right away.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is, we’ll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
